Piapot First Nation invites applications for a full-time position for Office Administrator. Reporting to the Band Administrator, the successful candidate will possess a certificate in Office Education; have excellent computer skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Open and sort incoming and outgoing mail and record electronically
- Maintain and update filing, database system either manually or using a computer
- Monitor supplies and services
- Make sure office machines such as photocopier and scanners are working properly
- Provide administrative services when requested by other departments
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Office Education Certificate
- Computer Skills: spreadsheets, word processing, email
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Skills in time management and organization
